Jetts Gym is an entirely new concept in Gyms for Australia, compact, clean, 24/7 access, and if our clients have their way, everywhere.
Challenge:
When you build something, and it turns out to be a huge success, the next thing you think about is expanding. That’s what happened to Jetts Gym. It started out as an idea to create a compact gymnasium that’s affordable without all the “bells and whistles”, open 24 hours, and only staffed periodically. The idea was rapidly subscribed with memberships, so our client decided to take the next step and package the concept for franchise.
Solution:
When they came to Cocojambo, the gym had no branding, profile nor promotional material to present itself as an attractive proposition to potential franchisees. We set about developing an entire marketing campaign to package and promote the concept. We also developed the sales infrastructure Jetts needed to sell each franchise. Since the Jetts business model has been designed from the start with simplicity in mind.
We researched potential franchisees and found they were most interested in buying proven business systems and market potential – two factors Jetts had quickly established.
The franchise package was deployed in late 2007 and to date Jetts have opened 20 gyms around Australia, with more on the horizon.
